This post is belated it is shot in Granmercy, LA on Christmas Eve 2008. The structures pictured are made of timber and most are erected in the shape of teepees and others as objects such as this bull dozer. It is said that they used to light these on fire set atop of the mighty Mississippi to guide all those traveling down the river to guide them into Granmercy for midnight mass. Audrey in the final moments of the video says, "Theres something wrong in Care-alot!" "Care-alot is burning!" For those who don't know Care-alot is where the Care Bears live.
